GREINPLAST TMG
Machine gypsum plaster
Used in mechanical (with the use of plastering units) preparation of high-quality, single-layer plasters inside buildings. It is a perfect solution when walls and ceilings need to be covered in public utility facilities, residential and other well-ventilated rooms, including kitchens and bathrooms where relative humidity is lower than 65%. The product is classified as gypsum plaster to be laid mechanically; light, B5/50/2 type, with compression strength of >2.0 N/mm2 category. It can be applied on mineral bases, such as: cement and cement-lime plasters, walls made of bricks and ceramic hollow-bricks, walls made of cellular concrete, concrete surfaces etc. Packaged in 30kg containers.

PREPARATION
Pour plaster into a plastering unit designed for continuous mortar dispensing. Water dispensing should be adjusted in such a way that, with a maximum setting on the rotameter, the mass does not run down from the base (ca. 0.50 L per 1 kg of plaster). The mean plaster consumption is 8-10 kg/m2 at 10 mm of thickness. The mortar should be applied in horizontal belts, from wall top to bottom. The applied mortar should be levelled perpendicularly to the application direction, using h-type floating rule. After initial plaster setting, level it with a trapezoidal floating rule. Before final setting, sprinkle some water onto the plaster and float it with a sponge trowel, in order to extract thin plaster, the laitance, onto the surface. Then, smoothen the plaster surface using a metal trowel. During the works, do not allow local plaster drying, resulting from e.g. draughts, heating etc. Intervals in plaster application should not be longer than 15 minutes. Remainders of set plaster reduce the plaster setting time. Unused remainders of material should not be mixed with the newly prepared material. The plaster should be consumed in plastic condition, no longer than within 150 minutes.
